REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

GARDENRIVAGUARD is committed to providing you with the best quality products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain products, such as customized items or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process, and you should receive your refund within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, you may return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

4. Non-Refundable Items The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Products that have been used or altered in any way.

5. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Defective or Damaged Products If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@gardenrivaguard.com. We will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund or send a replacement.

8. Restocking Fee In some cases, we may apply a restocking fee for returned items. This will be clearly stated at the time of your return request.
